This video
section should explain the basic elements of the different stability matters,
and enable the user to:
· Define trim
· Define moment to change trim 1cm
(MCT), and be able to read the values from a loading scale.
· Understand that trim can be changed
by moving or adding masses different places onboard.
· Know the effect on trim when adding
or moving masses.
· Know that excessive trim may have a
negative effect on the transverse stability, and why.
